米帝全面偏袒中修，公然指责越南军演计划，后附米国网民嘴炮互喷评论

中国和越南在中国南海主权的争执不断升温。越南政府宣布将在6月13-14号在南海举行实弹军事演习。美国国务院10号表示，不支持越南的行为。

美国国务院10号在记者会上首度对中越南海争端做出回应，表示近期中越南海纠纷也困扰着美国，影响到了国际海洋安全和海洋通行自由。美国认为，越南宣布军事演习不能起到任何实质帮助，反而是火上浇油。

美国国务院副发言人唐纳：“我们不支持任何加剧现在紧张程度的做法，我们不认为这是有帮助的。”

唐纳表示，美国在南海的政策仍然非常明确，要求相关国家在国际法的指导下，适当获取在海洋领域的权利。

美国国务院副发言人唐纳：“我们的立场仍然明确，我们想看到，我们也相信国际法惯例明确指导了如何恰当利用海域，以及涉及到这些海域的权力。”

美国负责东亚及亚太事务的助理国务卿坎贝尔之前向凤凰记者指出，近几个月以来，中国加强了和东南亚国家在南海问题的对话，美国对中国取得的进展表示支持。

　　Why should the US help the Vietnamese? The people in power in Vietnam are the same group that shot and killed Americans during our war in Vietnam, then they betrayed their master, the Chinese, and back stabbed them.

　　Since when did Vietnam "backstabbed" China, if they did it, they obviously didn't do a good job, otherwise China wouldn't alive today. It's funny that alll the Chinese complained that Vietnam backstabbed China, when in truth, the Chinese did exactly that to Vietnam.
　　 One one hand, they were trying to help North Vietnam with arms fighting the South and US, on the other hand, they were trying to keep Vietnam split up like the Koreas.
　　All China ever care is to split up all the countries around them, obviously Vietnam was smart enough to not let them do that, and they're mad that Viet didn't follow their order like the North Korean.
　　Now China is trying to split up the Southeast Asian countries, by demand bilaterally dioalogue, and these countries know better to stick together to do the multi-countries dialouge.
　　In any way, China is one evil country, lead by evil people, their main goal is making money and taking resources from other at any cost, careless about the being of other people.
　　越南什么时候反咬过中国了？如果他们真的这么做了，那么一定会做得很好，这样中国如今就不会存在了。可笑的是所有中国人都在抱怨越南背叛了他们，如果真是这样，那也是中国背叛了越南。
　　一方面，他们帮助北越来对抗南越和米国，另一方面，他们试图分裂越南，就像朝鲜那样。
　　很明显，中国的目的就是让他所有的邻国都分裂，幸好越南足够聪明，并没有那样做，最后中国人就疯狂了，因为越南并不像北棒那样听话。
　　如今，中国又想分裂东南亚各国了，他们威逼利诱挑拨离间无所不用其极，幸好这些国家很清醒，紧密团结在一起来对抗中国。

　　This is the EXACT same thing Japanese did right before World War II. People are so blinded by all the slight of hand and sweet talking diplomats saying "peace peace peace" on paper but when they speak they are saying "piece piece piece." People need to wake up and learn from the past unless they are destined to repeat it. China has acts of war all over the world, not always military. Poison toys, baby formula, and pet foods - just to name a few. People need to wake up and learn what is going on and stand together as a world with one intent - to be free and independent from tyranny of all types. I personally do not believe this is a U.S. issue but an Asian issue. I know the U.S. would stand behind their allies but I believe they should not rely on them for this. I believe Asia should stand shoulder to shoulder and tell China they will not be bullied.
　　I read another article about China having navy war games later on, I cannot help but think this is another bully tactic. Saying, you show some gall to stand up to me and do not accept my diplomatic excuses and lies then I will show you an idea of what you have to fear. Its that same concept as before. If they are such a peaceful people and say they will never attack unless they are attacked why do OFFENSIVE military exercises? Why not defensive ones? Just a thought

　　The islands and their resources are disputed. NO ONE - Not the Philippines, Not Vietnam, Not China, Not Brunei - NO ONE should be sending in oil expoloration vessels.
　　
　　By the way - It was the Philippines that shot and then arrested those Vietnamese fisherman. For those complaining about China - what happens if China leaves the picture? You'd all be willing to share it or would you end up all trying to stake the claim. No single country is the source of tension here.

Hey Avoice - I dont know where you are from and I am not a big fan of china but I see your posts every time china is mentioned. I never see you anywhere else though. I think you might be one of those paid guys that you are complaining about because this other guy actually writes english pretty good and I have seen him write about things other than china. All you ever do is bash china. Not that I could give a rats behind about that part but honestly you sound so effin retarded with the crap you talk.
